Our Factory & Production Workshop
All production and testing procedures of DermaRee beauty and health care equipment are completed in our self-owned standardized factory, with independent closed production area to realize full production chain control from raw material processing to finished product packaging, avoiding third-party outsourcing links that affect product quality and delivery cycle.
1. Automatic Assembly Production Lines
We build multiple dedicated assembly production lines separately for beauty equipment and health massage devices, equipped with standardized assembly fixtures and automatic testing equipment. Every worker on the production line receives professional pre-job training, following unified assembly operation standards to guarantee consistent product workmanship for each batch of orders, whether small sample orders or large full-container mass orders.
2. Raw Material Incoming Inspection Workshop
All raw materials including plastic shells, circuit boards, LED lamp beads, lithium batteries and silicone accessories will pass strict appearance, performance and safety testing before entering the assembly line. Unqualified raw materials will be directly rejected to fundamentally avoid hidden quality hazards of finished equipment.
3. Electronic Aging & Safety Testing Laboratory
We own an independent professional testing laboratory with complete optical testing instruments, electrical safety testers, battery aging equipment and vibration durability testing machines. All finished beauty equipment will undergo 24-hour continuous aging test, light wavelength detection, voltage safety test and function stability inspection before packaging, to ensure long-term safe use for end consumers. For LED light therapy equipment, we strictly implement IEC 62471 optical safety testing standards to eliminate light damage risks.
4. Independent Mold Manufacturing Workshop
We have an in-house mold workshop with professional mold designers and processing equipment, capable of completing independent mold opening, modification and maintenance for ODM exclusive new product development and OEM shell adjustment demands. Independent mold production greatly shortens the development cycle of customized equipment and controls mold production cost for clients.
5. Finished Goods Storage & Packaging Warehouse
A large-scale dust-free finished goods warehouse stores all hot-selling ready stock equipment, classified by product category for fast picking and packaging to support fast delivery of bulk wholesale orders. We adopt thickened anti-collision foam and export carton packaging for all shipped equipment, and support customized brand gift box packaging according to private label clients’ design requirements.
Our on-site showroom displays all complete series of beauty and health care equipment, covering all mainstream models for clients to conduct on-site product inspection, function testing and appearance comparison during factory visiting. Our sales and technical team can provide one-on-one product introduction and customized solution communication for visiting buyers.
