We build a complete closed-loop R&D team covering industrial appearance design, electronic circuit development, firmware programming, intelligent APP software development, mold design and product performance testing, to provide full technical support for private label, OEM and ODM customized orders of all beauty and health equipment.
Our industrial designers focus on ergonomic design and market aesthetic trend research of home beauty equipment, capable of creating unique product appearance matching different regional market consumer preferences. We can complete hand-drawn concept sketches, 3D modeling rendering, prototype proofing and appearance optimization according to clients’ brand positioning, and support exclusive shell shape, color matching and structural design for ODM customized equipment.
2. Electronic Hardware & Circuit R&D Engineers
The hardware R&D team is responsible for core circuit board design, power parameter debugging, light wavelength adjustment (for LED light therapy equipment), massage vibration frequency setting and safety protection circuit development of all beauty devices. We can flexibly adjust equipment working modes, intensity gears and output parameters according to OEM clients’ market demands, and optimize circuit stability to extend equipment service life.
3. Firmware & Intelligent APP Software Development Team
For smart intelligent beauty equipment supporting mobile phone connection, our software development team independently writes device firmware and develops matching iOS & Android control APP. Customizable functions include intelligent skin detection, automatic mode matching, usage data recording and multi-language UI interface. We can embed clients’ exclusive brand LOGO and brand elements into APP system for high-end private label brand customization.
4. Product Performance Testing Group
Cooperating with our QC testing laboratory, the R&D testing group conducts long-term durability test, safety performance test and efficacy simulation test for all newly developed prototype equipment, repeatedly optimizing product defects before mass production to ensure the finished equipment meets international safety standards and end-user experience demands.
